Promenade on the Peninsula
Center Hours:
Mon-Sat: 10am-8pm
Sun: 11am-6pm
The Promenade on the Peninsula Community Room and Common Areas are available to the public Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 8PM and Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM - 6PM. If your organization is interested in hosting meetings / events at either the Community Room or Common Areas, please download the application packet and turn in to the centers Community Outreach Services for approval and reservation confirmation. Please be sure to read over the center's Rules and Regulations

FEES

Nonprofit organizations are FREE -must provide a copy of 501 (c) 3 which states that your group is a registered nonprofit.

For-profit $50/ hour with a 2 hour minimum, any additional time will be billed in 30 minute intervals at $25.

INSURANCE

All organizations that wish to use the Community Room or the Common Area MUST provide the center with a Certificate of Insurance Liability naming STOLTZ MANAGEMENT OF DELAWARE, INC and STOPEN, LLC as additional insured under the certificate holder.

**Failure to provide a COI with the correct certificate holder names, may result in the rejection of your request.**

PROCESSING
To process your request for use of the Community Room and or Common Areas, please follow the steps below.

Step 1
• Download the application packet and fill in the required informa tion.

Step 2
• Submit your application for approval and reservation confirmation.

Step 3
• Once your application is approved a license agreement will be issued to you via e-mail with request for an authorized signature from your organization.

Step 4
• Upon your arrival of your license agreement:

Print 3 copies of your license agreement

Sign all 3 copies -wet signatures ONLY (photocopied signa tures will not be accepted).

Attach your organizations Certificate of Liability Insurance, naming STOLTZ MANAGEMENT OF DELAWARE, INC and STOPEN, LLC as additional insured for the certificate holder.

**Failure to provide the correct Certificate of Liability Insurance may result in the CANCELATION of your reservation(s).


Attach your Nonprofit 501 (c) 3 *for nonprofit organizations ONLY.


Include a $50 Security deposit in the form of a check, made payable to STOPEN,LLC.

Checks will not be deposited unless damage has occurred. Checks can be returned and or destroyed upon request.

Step 5
• Turn in your License Agreement packet to the centers Community Outreach Services.
